Puff Sleeve Smocked Midi Dress
Our smocked midi is made of cotton poplin with a wide v-neck, a gathered waist panel, and short puffed sleeves. It falls to a mid-length skirt detailed with a tiered hem.

- Hand wash cool water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Hang dry. Iron at low setting.
