WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
WeWoreWhat offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Shop WeWoreWhat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To initiate a return, please click here. You will be able to specify which item(s) you are returning and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.
Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at any FedEx location or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse via FedEx Ground which is located in New Jersey.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse located in New Jersey. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To initiate an exchange, please click here. You will be able to specify which item(s) you are exchanging and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.
Please note WeWoreWhat offers exchanges only on different colors or sizes on the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed.
WeWoreWhat does not offer exchanges on International orders.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Ground orders that are in stock are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless specified otherwise. Note: if you placed an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make address updates, style, or size changes.
I WAS ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT NOW I SEE IT WAS CANCELED - WHY?
Due to order very high order volume, it is possible that we can over-sell on certain products, especially during launch or on sale items. If this happens, our warehouse will inform us if we are unable to ship a style you ordered and will cancel and refund your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We've partnered with FedEx Cross Border to fulfill all international orders.
