WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
WeWoreWhat offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.
WeWoreWhat accepts International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please send items directly to Attn: WWW RETURNS 300 Capital Lane, Middletown, PA 17057.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. WeWoreWhat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To initiate a return, please click here. You will be able to specify which item(s) you are returning and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.
Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at any FedEx location or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse located in Pennsylvania.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse located in Pennsylvania. Once your return is delivered, please allow 7 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To initiate an exchange, please click here. You will be able to specify which item(s) you are exchanging and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.
Please note if you exchange for an item priced higher, you will be prompted to complete payment on the difference.
WeWoreWhat does not offer exchanges on International orders.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Ground orders that are in stock are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days unless specified otherwise. Note: if you placed an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make address updates, style, or size changes.
I WAS ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT NOW I SEE IT WAS CANCELED - WHY?
Due to high order volume, it is possible that over-sells can occur on certain products especially during launch or on sale items. If this happens, our warehouse will inform customer service that we are unable to ship a product that has been ordered and we will cancel and refund your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer a flat-rate international shipping fee of $29.95 USD. Eligible returns will be accepted at the customer’s shipping expense. Upon arrival to the destination country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays. WHEN WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
Due to an overwhelming response and popularity in the WeWoreWhat product, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. If a style you're interested in is out of stock, please reach out to hello@shopweworewhat.com to find out if we are restocking.
