Typical route- Newark to San Juan & a Tradewinds flight to St. Barths. A less expensive option- fly to St Martin & hopper plane/ferry from there

Rent a mini cooper convertible/hire a driver, getting around the island is tricky and there are barely any taxis. Set this up in advance
