Our Tiered Ruffle Maxi Skirt is designed with a high, pull-on waistband that’s smocked and a ruffle decorating the bottom tier.

Great skirts! It’s quite long, I’m 5’6” and a small 1 inch heel makes the skirt hit the ground. Stretchy waistband, so true to size.
